Princess Royal Island This remote island in BC central coast area is serene and nearly untouched by mankind. It is home to the elusive Kermode bear, a rare sub-species of the black bear. Visitors are airlifted into the region and can choose to stay at a variety of lodges for kayak trips, hikes, bike trips, and other outdoor expeditions.
